The products (when it''s the case) come with warranty certificates from the producers. The company Hudemas SRL. cannot be made responsable in case of any inconvenience regarding the products,the quality,or any other aspect regarding the products.Any complaint will be sent to Hudemas.ro in maximum 24 hours from the receipt of the products,following to be sent to the supplier of those products,for solutioning.

LIMITS OF RESPONSABILITY

In case of eventual conflicts between Hudemas SRL. and it''s customers, it will be tried first to solve them amicably. If amicably solutioning won''t be possible, the conflict will be solved in a court of law, according to the current romanian laws.

DISCLAIMER

The content of the site (texts, descriptions of the products, technical caracteristics, images, simbols) has been done in close colaboration with the romanian representants of the brands presented on the site, so that Hudemas SRL. does not assume any responsability for the descriptions of the products presented on the site for merchandise, these corresponding to those provided to Hudemas.ro by the representants of each brand separately. Also,the images presented on the site come with presentation title, the products delivered might not be similar to the images on the site regarding the colour,aspect,etc.
Hudemas SRL. does not grant, as well, the availability in stock of the products shown, therefore the company has the right to decline the partial or total delivery of a certain order in case the products do not appear anymore in the current offer of the supplier or they are not available for any other reason(temporary absence from stock,sold edition, etc). If the payment is done in advance, the client will have the right to receive the money back for that product. In any case when the products cannot be delivered, the client can ask only for the amount of money allready cashed by Hudemas SRL., but not other compensations.
